Cancellation Policy
At Live Well Physiotherapy, we are committed to providing quality one-on-one time with your therapist. Appointment times are reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fee schedule is as follows:
- First missed appointment - fee waived and a reminder that a fee will apply if any future appointments are missed/cancelled late
- Second missed appointment - 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the patient
- Any further missed appointments – 100% of the appointment fee charged to patient
We understand that illness/emergencies can come out of blue and will do our best to accommodate your situation. We just ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your appointment needs to be changed or cancelled. We require missed appointment charges to be paid prior to booking/attending future appointments. Cancellation fees CANNOT be billed to WorkSafe BC, ICBC or other 3rd party payers.
